Information on how you can help the children

You can help the children my donating kids clothes, socks, shirts, pants, sweat shirts, jackets, caps ex…. Remember it is very cold there and at an altitude of over 5000 meters, or around 16000 ft. There is no running water or electricity at there homes, so the kids need wormer clothes. They do have a school now for these communities, the kids have to travel far but they do attend the school. You can also donate any school supplies such as, paper, note books, pencils, pens ex….  We also take small toys. Any donations of money need to go www.mama-clara.org  they have the resources for collection of money.

The people and the kids of these communities high in the Andes  do not have much and when we take them these supplies and gifts they are so happy to receive them! The looks on these kids , and parents faces make all the work it takes to get all this together a pleasure. It is a great feeling to be able to help and see all the joy in the kids faces. These people are so polite and thankful for any help they receive.

We invite you to come along with us and help if you are staying in Cusco at the time we take these supplies and gifts. The experience will be unforgettable!

We would like to let you know that on May 26th we are making a trip to Chaupi Mayu in Lamy Cusco Peru for Mama Clara high up in the Andes to take supplies for the little kids. They have a School there and are in need of school supplies and cloths. The kids travel far to get to the school, by walking. It is very cold. We would like to ask if you have anything that you would like to donate and if you could find room to bring it with you it would be greatly appreciated. Some ideas of things you could bring, school supplies such as, paper, note books, pencils, pens . If it is cloths something worm, for girl or boy. You can also go to our website and read a little more. We thank you very much for anything you can help with, it does not have to be much. If all you have room for is one item that would be great. There is no ablacation what so ever, only if you wish to. 

We also go every Christmas and we take donations all year.
